Brine Team Sales has been outfitting athletes and teams for over six generations. We’re looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team and help us deliver the highest-quality custom gear to our community.
Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain screen-printing equipment

Mix inks, burn/setup screens, and ensure accurate color matching

Print high-quality team apparel with precision and consistency

Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Work with the team to meet deadlines and production goals
Requirements:

Prior screen-printing experience (manual and/or automatic presses preferred)

Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
